Doadibadai Hollo or well-known as “Badai” was born on January 14, 1978. He was a pioneer figure and driving force behind a well-known band in Indonesia, “Kerispatih“. As a keyboard player at that time from the band Kerispatih, Badai brought beautiful and sweet touches to the world of music in Indonesia.

After graduating from senior high school (SMA) in 1996, Badai decided to take the best university in Indonesia in the field of Engineering, namely the Mechanical Engineering Department – Faculty of Industrial Technology – Universitas Trisakti which he completed in 2001.

During his college days, “Badai – The Pianoman” was also active as a representative from the Department of Mechanical Engineering as an administrator for the Mechanical Engineering Association of Universitas Trisakti and also an administrator for the student senate. At that time, located on campus B (Faculty of Medicine) of Universitas Trisakti, they jointly created the AD/ART (Anggaran Dasar/Anggaran Rumah Tangga) of the Universitas Trisakti student organization with a colored chain logo tied to one another. That organization is currently known as Presma (Presidensi Mahasiswa) and BEM (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa).

After completing formal education, not only formal education, Badai also pursued informal education in various fields, especially in the field of music, taking several well-known music courses in Indonesia. He started his career as a songwriter in Indonesia in the early 2000s. Badai is well-known to the public since his work with the band he has built, “Kerispatih”, by presenting the enchantment of the best musical magic in Indonesia. “Badai – The Pianoman” also became a songwriter and producer for several big-name Indonesian singers.

On May 24, 2016, Badai resigned from Kerispatih because he wanted to pursue a solo career and develop his wings for a better future. Now, Badai is busy with his new band, Badai Romantic Project and his new record company, Seventy Eight Records.

Doadibadai Hollo or well-known as “Badai” is not only proficient in music. Badai is also an important figure and a political party organization activist in Indonesia. Activities for voicing artists are also carried out to improve the law so that musicians and artists have the right to get improvements in song creation.
