Machine Fundamental Phenomena Laboratory
1. Two Dimensional Truss
The aim of the experiment is to determine the experimental values ​​of the forces acting on a crane with a cantilever wall.
2. Three Dimensional Truss
The practicum aims to use the vertical load on the top of the rod to form experimental forces from each rod and calculate the forces on the rod using the tensile stress coefficient method and compare the experimental results with the theoretical.
3. Reaction of Indeterminate Static Support
The aim of the practicum is to understand the statically indeterminate construction of the flexural beam structure and to look for the support reaction from the statically indeterminate structure of the flexural beam which is subjected to a concentrated force.
4. Bending Beam Deflection
The aim of the practicum is to understand certain static constructions in the flexural beam structure and to find the deflection in the flexural beam structure which is supported by a simple support and is subjected to a load in the form of a concentrated force.
5. Buckling Phenomenon
The practicum aims to understand the phenomenon of buckling on the column, determine the critical load of the column with hinge-roll and roll-clamp support conditions and compare experimental results with theoretical calculations.
6. Moment of Inertia
The practicum aims to determine experimentally the mass moment of inertia of the disk, and to compare the results obtained with the theoretical results obtained from the mass and physical dimensions of the disk.
7. Balancing
The practicum aims to analyze inertial forces theoretically and experimentally on the arrangement of unbalanced masses that move in rotation on the machine, which causes vibrations in the cantilever beam.
8. Slider Crank Mechanism
The aim of the practicum is to understand the working principle of the slider crank mechanism and to find the position of the piston rod as a function of crankshaft rotation.
9. Continuous System Vibration
The aim of the practicum is to understand the free vibration and forced vibration in the flexural beam structure and to find the effective mass and natural frequency of the flexural beam structure with free vibration and forced vibration.
10. Discrete System Vibration
The aim of the practicum is to understand the free vibration and forced vibration in the flexural beam structure and to find the effective mass and natural frequency of the flexural beam structure with free vibration and forced vibration.
